Milking Herd: 81 +/- Head Half of the herd has been tested for A2 A2. A2 A2 animals will be sold together in Lots. Currently averaging 57 pounds of milk per cow per day on 2X, 4.5 F, 3.49 P and SCC 133K. AI and naturally sired herd to include: 24 +/- 1st Lactation; 18 +/- 2nd Lactation; 16 +/- 3rd Lactation and balance 4th plus. A seasonal spring freshening herd still milking strong. Herd has been OvSynch’d, and AI serviced, so most all cows have been bred back for Spring freshening. Rotational grazing with automatic pellet available in Parlor.
Bred Heifers: 29 +/- Head 5+/- months preg. (17) of the heifers have been tested for A2 A2. A2 A2 animals will be sold together in Lots. All home raised from milking herd. AI/Natural sired, bred to Jersey Bull put in 5/19/22.
Bulls: (3) quality breeding age Jersey Bulls. (2) running with the cows & (1) running with the heifers.

NO buyer’s premium and NO internet bidding fees charged! Only pay the price you bid on site or online. Cattle will be sorted and sold in 20 +/- LIKE KIND LOTS of 5 +/- head. Some animals will be sold singly. Bid online, on site or by phone. The auction will be conducted on site and in an internet timed auction format where bids can be placed online, on site or by phone simultaneously. Online bidders can register and start placing bids Thursday. Oct. 20, at which time the catalog and Lot videos will be provided, by visiting www.SDZauctions.com and clicking on the link and follow directions. Online bidders will be required to provide a credit card number to register to show they are legit. Credit card will not be charged unless authorized. Auction day, on site bids can be placed starting at 12 Noon and the auction lots will begin closing at 1 PM sharp. Each minute one lot closes in lot order with a bid extension of 1 minute after the last bid, up until 1 minute passes without any increased bids on that lot. The auction will continue to close in order, up until all lots are sold. One lot will be sold at a time. When the lot closes the high bid will be the winner for that lot.
Lots will sell by the head multiplied by the price to equal the total lot price. If an online bidder does not like a certain animal for obvious reasons as to the health or performance of that animal, anything that is not right will be sorted off the load, and an adjustment will be made between the buyer, seller, and auctioneer. Once the cattle are loaded and leave the sellers farm, they are SOLD “AS IS- WHERE IS” with no warranty or guarantees of any kind. All cattle must be paid for before loading by cash, check, credit card (extra 3%) or wire transfer, whichever buyer chooses. Trucking is available. Health certificates will be provided when required and any additional testing will be at the expense of the buyer. No animal is warranted to be free of infectious disease. For interstate shipment outside of the state of origin, the buyer will be responsible for the legal importation of cattle into that state. Updated catalog information will be posted prior to bidding. All information provided to auctioneers is believed to be correct, but not guaranteed. The auction will be conducted by an auction program.
